7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Nouvelle Eden currently ships within the United States.
Orders generally require 3–5 business days for processing. Estimated delivery after shipment is 5–7 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Opened or used personal-care products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discounts have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotional availability may be limited
• Nouvelle Eden may modify or end a promotion when legally permitted
